Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, public holiday, or official holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a notification to kundeservice@mooz.no within the deadline.

Inspection of cosmetic products

You have the right to inspect the product to the extent that would be possible in a physical store.

All our cosmetic and body care products are delivered sealed. According to the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 letter g, the right of withdrawal is forfeited if the seal is broken after delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must therefore be returned unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products will be rejected for hygiene and health reasons.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at kundeservice@mooz.no. You will then receive further instructions.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the item must be returned within 14 days. The customer covers the return shipping cost and is responsible for ensuring the item is sent securely. We recommend sending with tracking and reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item is received or the return is documented.

Reduction in value

If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and characteristics, and this reduces its value, we may claim a deduction for the reduction in value.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of us receiving the item or documentation of its return.
