Shipping Options

We offer delivery to pick-up points, parcel lockers, or your mailbox.

Package to pick-up point / parcel locker
You will receive a pick-up notification from PostNord or Bring via app, SMS, or email. The package can be collected at a staffed pick-up point or a parcel locker. If it is not collected, you will receive up to two reminders.

The collection deadline is 7 days, but you can extend it for free to 14 days in the PostNord or Bring app.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery time is normally 1–3 business days.
Shipping is free on all orders.

Order Processing

We always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually the day after the order is placed (on weekdays). All orders are processed in sequence, and we prioritize forwarding the goods to the carrier as soon as they are ready for dispatch.

During periods of exceptionally high demand, such as sales campaigns, Black Week, or Christmas shopping, you should expect a slightly longer processing time. This may mean that it takes a few extra days before the order is shipped from us.

Partial Deliveries

If you order several items, the order may in some cases be split into multiple shipments. You will always receive an order confirmation by email, and when the goods are dispatched, you will receive a separate confirmation with information about any partial deliveries.

Disclaimer

Delivery time may vary depending on where in the country you live and conditions with the carrier. Unforeseen events, such as system errors, delays, or discrepancies in inventory, may also occur, leading to longer delivery times. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Unclaimed Packages

Please remember that you must collect your package at the agreed pick-up point within 7 days, unless you extend the time yourself via the Bring or PostNord app. After this, the package will be returned to us. The buyer may then be charged a fee of NOK 250 for an unclaimed package. This fee is intended to cover our costs associated with the return.

Unclaimed packages are generally not covered by the right of withdrawal.
